What deposit is required for advance bookings?

For events booked more than 21 days in advance, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is directly applied toward the total cost of your booking.

What is the policy for short-notice bookings?

For bookings made 21 days or less prior to the event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your mobile rink reservation.

When is my reservation officially confirmed?

Your event date is not officially secured until the required deposit has been received and processed. We cannot hold dates without an initial deposit.

When is the remaining balance due?

The balance is due the same day as event

Are deposits refundable if plans change?

All deposits are strictly non-refundable,as they secure our staff, mobile roller rink equipment, and event time specifically for your gathering.  Situations may very so please contact Skate Function regarding any concerns
